  • 02/17/17 - Final date to withdraw from Jan. 12 - March 3 classes with a "W" grade.
  • 02/21/17 - Final date to drop Feb. 20 - March 31 classes & receive a 100% refund.
  • 02/24/17 - Final date to drop Feb. 20 - March 31 classes and receive a 75% refund.
    Final date to officially withdraw from Jan. 12 - March 3 classes with a "WP" or "WF" grade.

FERPA affords students certain rights with respect to their records. If a parent or guardian would like access to their educational and/or financial records, you must file a FERPA form with the Office of the Registrar and the Office of Student Financial Aid.

Students need to have their UCA ID with them when they visit Financial Aid, Student Accounts and other areas on campus.
